During my stay, I loved how easily I could walk to the Taittinger champagne cellars, which was only about a 10-minute stroll, and the lovely Basilique Saint-Remi just a short walk away offered stunning architecture and peaceful park views that I thoroughly enjoyed. the hotel also made it super convenient for my group to access local landmarks in the heart of the city.

The staff stood out with their attentive service, welcoming me warmly upon arrival. I loved the exquisite meal at Le Parc. each dish showcased remarkable flavors and presentation. However, my breakfast experience fell short. The options felt limited, and the atmosphere lacked any music, making it feel quite dull. The noise from nearby events was noticeable too, which disrupted the tranquility I hoped to find.

The Deluxe Room we stayed in was luxurious, featuring a supremely comfortable bed and an enormous, well-equipped bathroom that felt like a mini spa. The magnificent views of the estate and vineyards, including a glimpse of the Reims Cathedral, made for unforgettable sunsets that enhanced the overall experience.

I found the creaking noises from the old chateau a bit disruptive during the night. not a huge deal, but it’s something to consider if you're a light sleeper. The Brasserie le Jardin had decent food, but I felt the service could use a step up, particularly given the ambiance expected from such a hotel. Also, some signage at the hotel entrance could be clearer—it had multiple logos, which made it confusing to find the actual entrance, though this is a minor point.
